Stylized Modular House was crafted from the ground up with the intention of being easy to use and 'out-the-box-ready' for building systems. We designed the assets with carefully placed pivot points to enable seamless snapping of various elements. Now you can easily design houses of luxury and modernity or create an authentically rustic and old cottage.
We have made sure to bring an authentic touch to the assets to help ensure that they feel unique and authentic. We didn't want to create assets that looked like generic 'Arch Viz'. We made sure to hand-paint various assets to ensure a good level of charm and authenticity would shine through, separating the visual style from other packs.
A home is only as good as the neighborhood it finds itself in. Thus, in keeping with the spirit of 'Life Sim' and 'Social Sim' games, we have thrown in a bunch of assets that will help you bring your neighborhood to life. From streets and powerlines to dustbins and mailboxes. You can create the beautiful roads that connect your suburb together.
Likewise, we felt the need to include a sophisticated Auto-Landscape Material. This material allows the ability for the landscape to magically change as you terraform around it. Grass will become dirt and eventually stone depending on the degree of deformation. So you can dig trenches or make mountains and molehills.
Speaking of trenches, we also included a beautiful Water Material. This allows for the creation of pools and other water-features in the backyard. Allowing for even more creativity and freedom. Slap in some foliage (all wind-enabled) and you've got yourself your very own beautiful garden-scape.
