Modular abandoned warehouse environment for UE5, featuring 81 static meshes and blueprint assets for lighting and mesh placement, including 2 demo interior maps. Materials utilize the material layer system to apply effects such as damage, weathering, cracks, cutout masks, and edge wear.
Architectural elements use fully tile-able seamless layered textures, meaning custom texture maps can be substituted on the base maps while still using layer effects such as water leaks, cracks, dirt, etc. All static mesh foliage types(with the exception of the two plant assets) draw from UV packed textures in a single base material to optimize memory overhead.
Weathering effects such as dirt, water damage, cracks, and peeling paint are layered within the material from channel packed textures for maximum customization.
