You'll find the components in the Meshes folder. Simply drag and drop into a blueprint in order to create your own custom weapon, or assemble them inside the level editor. Example blueprints are included.

Most mesh components (not including weapon heads) and textures should be fine to asymmetrically scale up to 2 to 4 times their length. Notably, wrap 02 has been scaled significantly in several of the example blueprints with minimal loss of graphical fidelity.
