Export PNG is now available for 4.26 and 4.27! You will need it to export heightmaps from this kit! You can use Export PNG for UE4.27, and import it into the landscape/heightmap importing area of the editor as of now, you just CAN NOT yet export your PNGs FROM UE5, that has to be done in one of the other lower versions, like 4.27, 4.26... whatever the HeightMaps Pack is built for. Yes, you can export from 4.27, edit up the heightmap and reimport it into UE5's landscape editor, and it will work. I personally tested that and all packs are now in the process of moving to UE5 releases as well.

Volume 3 is all about Islands! You asked me for it, and I delivered. Need to make a Sci-Fi, Horror or survival game on a large tropical or desert island? This gives you the jump start to launch your project fast. The pack has islands ranging from 3 miles to 18 miles across, depending on the island so you get a various amount of island content for whatever project you are doing. The islands are designed in a way to be as realistic as possible, just add a landscape material, water, sky, trees and whatever else you need. This pack helps jump start your project saving you hours of landscape design!
This is not just another HeightMaps pack either. If you have been following my first two packs, you know I take landscape design seriously. I love designing new places to explore and think you will enjoy this pack as well. This pack expands on the island content from the last pack with a new twist, it now contains many, many more islands and island sizes. Some flat, some rough, some mountain based and some lava islands. There are 102 heightmaps so you are bound to find the perfect map for your needs.
You will need the EXPORT PNG plugin from the marketplace. It is a free Unreal Engine plugin that will allow you to export the heightmaps from this pack to reimport back into the engine to allow you to play them. And, you can already enjoy some of the maps in the maps folder to see what is possible with the pack. Please note that the materials, water, sky, weather, lightning and music found in the videos and photos ARE NOT INCLUDED. You only receive the PNG heightmaps and the 8 sample maps in this pack, all other packs are paid from their respected owners here on the marketplace.
