This asset pack includes what you need to add a functioning distraction system to your game. Included in this kit is an AI character blueprint, a demo player character, a throwable distraction item blueprint, a functioning door blueprint, a playable demo gameplay map, and a Game Over widget used for the playable demo map. Demo map also includes simple gameplay to illustrate all of the included blueprints.
Patrol AI is able to patrol between two points set up by the end user and is set up to have eyesight and the ability to hear when the player triggers noise.
The demo Player Character includes the ability to throw the distraction item to distract the enemy to it's location.
The Distraction Rock throwable is included for the demo player character to throw in order to distract the Patrol AI.
The Door blueprint is also included as another means of distraction/attraction as the Patrol AI will also target noise caused by opening the door as well as closing.
Demo Map included has gameplay set up where the goal is to make it to the room on the opposite side of the map while using your throwable rock to distract enemies away from the target area to escape.
