The Music System was designed to offer music playback, transitions, stinger implementation and stem management, all done on tempo. It includes premade functions to facilitate, speed up and simplify the music implementation workflow. It lets the developer stay close to the finished product by implementing their music directly in the game engine, using the advanced capabilities added in Unreal Engine 5. The package also provides tools allowing the implementation process to be more modular, more intuitive and more efficient.

Technical Details

FEATURES:

  • Play on tempo grid: Play your music synchronized to a specified signature and tempo.
  • Transition on tempo grid: Create transitions on specified grid in a natural way with several custom parameters.
  • Stinger on tempo grid: Audio clips can be played on the grid layered, on time with playing part.
  • Layers management: Change the volume of stems of a song precisely and easily.
  • Unique segments on transition: A unique transition segment can be inserted between two transitioning pieces at the press of a button.
  • Global functions: Global Functions have been added can be used to trigger transitions from inside any blueprint.
  • Modular master blueprint and metasound source: A main blueprint and its related metasound, used to manage the Music System. They are accessible and completely customizable by the user.
  • Metasound patches: Multiple convenient metasound patches have been premade and are included to accelerate the workflow of integration.
