• Customizable Materials: You can change color and attributes to materials such as Concrete Walls.
• Props with different materials combination: You can swap the materials of the assets by choosing among different kinds of bricks, concrete, etc.
• Decals: You can add dirt and damage effects to floors and walls for achieving more realism.
