Ultimate Monitor Switcher

The Ultimate Monitor Switcher plugin should be the only plugin you need when it comes to giving the user the option to set their preferred monitor!

All the functions are commented (in C++), so if you are interested in how it works it should help!

Important/Additional Notes:

I would love to make it possible for Mac, but I don't have one.
Currently works only in Fullscreen (Windowed and Borderless Fullscreen as well), but working on getting it ready for every resolution
