DOCS: Here
4 kinds of Driving-Flying conversions:
a) Detaching from wheels module, flying using built-in wings and engines;
b) Detaching from wheels module, flying using additional wings module with engines;
c) Converting wheels to hover engines, similar as in some famous Sci-Fi movies (physics based flying mode);
d) Transforming form hovering to flying (Flying Bike example)
Construction of driving vehicles, using static meshes (body, wheels, and any additional accessories you want).
This gives freedom to customization, using any suitable imported meshes (bodies, wheels), easy exporting-editing-importing of any of existing meshes.
Unreal Engine Physical Constraints based suspension. No special plugins or additional components.
Animations for vehicles made with help of UE Timelines, also, without skeletal meshes.
Physics based driving, using several (switchable) methods:
a) Force Push - while wheels are just free “rollers”;
b) Torque Driving - by applying torque to wheels;
c) Wheels Motors - when Physics Constraints “motors” are used.
Converting car ("BTTF-style") has two flying systems (NOT switchable run-time): non-physics, easy flying, similar to other other vehicles here, and - physics based flying. Default is non-physics, there is a Blueprint checkbox to change.
Non-physics flying is much easier, but I included also that one physics flying configuration, for variety.
Besides Drive-2-Fly transformers, there are several driving (non-flying) vehicles templates, including a truck with functional self-unloading, simple rovers, large rovers, and hover basics template.
NOTE: if in UE5 "Wheel Motor" works in reverse directions, change checkbox option "UE5 Direction Fix" in vehicle or wheels base module blueprint.

For demo purposes, assets from Epic Content used: cow model, engine particles, shot sparks particles,
3rd Person Character (with added nodes for possession).
Epic Engine content textures used to create windows material for buildings
--- Future plans for updates:
* matured "Wheels On Rods" Rover config, with flying option;
* more on hover vehicles;
* more roads modules, smooth turns pieces;
* more advanced Large Rover config, possibly several;
* possible creations from ideas by users.
