It contains assembled scene and assets levels.
- No vertex paint, no decals.
-Buildings were made modular. It uses tileable textures with correct normals. Dirt And brick damage were made using randomize texture based on mesh position in the world. It means buildings pieces always will have different damage variation when you move pieces.
-Adjustable procedural wetness.
-Cheap material shaders.

-AAA quality.
-Robot has 2 unique 4k set ( one 4k set of texture for a body and one 4 set for a leg, the other leg is a symmetrical model)
-Port cranes, tree have a fairly basic tileable texture ( just for background)
-Assets for dressing (concrete pieces, roof, port container and so on) have first UV channel for keeping texel density. Second channel uses for masks.
-Minimum unique textures. Reusability textures and instances
-Cloth animation was baked in Marvelous Designer. It has no rigging, no bones
-UE5.0 and higher. Lumen.
-Works with Nanite (disable by default)
