Use the modular buildings to create skyscraper type of buildings that the player can walk in. I have props that can be used to dress up the buildings to give them a unique look. The buildings use 1 material. Each prop has a 2nd UV ch for lighting or for dirt and grime layer. The end of the video will show you how to stack the modular floor system.

Important/Additional Notes: To use the modular system. First place the SM_StoreFront_01_Bottom, then place SM_StoreFront_01_Mid , 3 meters above and then for each mid floor its 3.6 meters high. In the Youtube video I demonstrate this at the end of the video.
