This plugin uses the native iOS Objective-C AVFoundation to enabled QR Code and Camera functionality on iOS devices. Provides a simple Blueprint exposed C++ interface to easily integrate the plugin's functionality into Unreal Engine.


Technical Details

Features:

  • Able to read QR Codes and expose the scanned string value to Unreal Engine as an FString.
  • Able to process the camera feed and expose the texture data to Unreal Engine as a UTexture2D.
  • Supports landscape-right, landscape left, portrait, and portrait upside down orientations
  • Allows users to explicitly enable/disable: camera feed, qr code reading, landscape right orientation, landscape left orientation, portrait orientation, portrait upside down orientation, and auto camera rotation orientation.
