The Speechbubble System allows an easy and fast setup for speechbubble dialogue.
Create speechbubbles for any type of game, fast and for any blueprint actor.
The system uses databases to hold your dialogues, but you can also push texts via blueprint nodes directly.
This allows to create a better handling based on the situation. Complexe dialogues are better organized and changable in datatable, but for simple and short text is the other variant the better choice.
The system supports a distance system.
This system hides or show the speechbubble based on the distance between the player and the speechbubble actor.
You can also choose if the dialouge will go on, pause or restart if you leave and re-enter this distance.
So you can make sure, that the player dont miss the dialogue, or can miss it.
Group dialogues are now also possible!
You can create dialogues with multible actors.
The group dialouge blueprint allows to add actors to a converstation and the texts will wait until the previous text ends.
Add audio and animations to every text to create a nice realistic flair.
An audio file or/and animation can be added to each textline. So you can create a voice over or something else.
The texts will wait until the audio file will ended and than switch to the next line, to make sure, that the audio is fully played.
Visual Templates for text and text boxes.
A small and simple template system is added to the system, that allows you via an enum to change some visuales in the speechbubble widget. This template can be set at every textline. So you can create custom text colors, background for different characters.
You can also add custom stuff and toggle them in the functions.
