DFT Fabric DT-00070-GG - pack42 is a collection of 42 hyper-realistic fabric materials with a specific pattern and 42 different color variations (also pattern deformation) - fully customizable in both colors and many other features.
To make these hyper-realistic materials for Unreal Engine we started with our fabric textures made with our fabric simulation technology that allows us to recreate a multitude of designs with different patterns, optimizing time and improving productivity, thus overcoming the problem of scanning real fabrics, with all the subsequent complicated processing that makes them usable in 3D properly.
The materials in this collection are perfect for covering your objects and making them look especially realistic when rendered in Unreal even in real time.
This package of textile materials is made with the new DFT 2.0 technology from "Designs For Textiles," which allows super-realism even in the micro details of the interweaving of the threads that make up the virtual fabric.
In this collection, you will find 42 instance fabric materials and 1 master material.
Also included in the package is a demo scene with some materials applied to sample 3D objects, so you can easily experiment with using each material right away.
Although the 3D objects included in the package are designed to test materials, they are still freely used for any other purpose.
Each material is fully customizable in its various colors and many other parameters. This allows the creation of an infinite variety of colors from those already made by us. Other parameters that can be modified are, for example, the size of the repeat, the position on the 3D mesh, brightness, desaturation, and tessellation.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not modify the master material but use only the relevant instances. We also recommend making a copy of the design before modifying any material characteristics to leave the original materials intact.
Or before editing a material instance make a duplicate and edit only the duplicates.
