"Abandoned Homestead" is a complete game location, based on scanned architecture and vegetation assets that have been reworked for seamless integration and better optimization.
The location consists of some of the assets that have been featured in my previously published products, as well as new architectural and vegetal assets. The interior of the estate was created without the use of scans, but, in my opinion, organically continues the visual range of the exterior.

SM_Stair_Window_Glass, SM_Back_Window_Glass do not support Nanite since the glass shader type includes translucency, but you can change the shader type, connect the transparency map to the Opacity mask input and use Nanite for those assets as well
In terms of optimization is pretty good, but it also depends on the power of your computer and graphics settings. Now at high settings I get in the editor 50 - 60 frames per second, if settings increase to epic then 30-40 frames per second.

Resolutions of all textures and geometry complexity, at higher graphics settings allow you to use this location and to produce cinematics, except for the extreme close-up.
Detailed information about the assets used can be found in the overview videos of previously published products, in particular in:
Abandoned Architecture vol2
Abandoned Architecture vol3
Old Manor
Oak Trees Pack ("Oak Trees Pack" is present in this product almost in full)
Spruce&Larch Pack
Rocks&Stones Pack
But be aware that the vast majority of the assets used have been reworked and optimized, so they are not complete copies.
The exterior and vegetation are highly detailed and realistic and 100% made by scanning, while the interior is of lower quality and is a filling of the interior space of the manor. Hall manor is more detailed, the rooms and corridors are a low-polygonal assets, with tile textures, which also can be added and change to your liking.
